Plans, billing, and what's included.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Pro instantly, and your data carries over seamlessly. If you need to downgrade, your data is preserved -- you just lose access to Pro features until you re-subscribe. No penalties, no lock-in.
What happens when my 14-day trial ends?
If you don't add a payment method, your league automatically moves to the Starter plan. You keep all your data -- teams, players, stats, everything. You just lose access to Pro features like scorebugs and streaming integration until you subscribe.
Do you charge per player or per team?
No. Pro is a flat $49/month no matter how many teams or players you have. We're not going to charge you more because your league grew.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your league data, player information, stats, and media all belong to you. You can export everything at any time, and if you cancel, we give you 90 days to download your data before it's removed from our servers.
What sports does ScoreLM support?
ScoreLM was built for basketball and currently supports basketball-specific stat tracking (points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, turnovers). We're actively building support for soccer, volleyball, and flag football. If your sport isn't listed, reach out -- we're prioritizing based on demand.
Can I use ScoreLM for tournaments only?
Absolutely. Many organizers use ScoreLM specifically for tournament weekends. You can create a tournament bracket, run live scorebugs for every game, and have a full results page ready for players and fans -- all on the Pro plan.
Do I need technical skills to set up scorebugs?
No. You copy a URL, paste it into your streaming software (OBS, Streamlabs, vMix, or anything with browser source support) and open the control panel on your phone. The setup takes about five minutes and there's a step-by-step guide.
What does Enterprise pricing look like?
It depends on the number of leagues and any custom work needed. Most Enterprise customers are rec departments or sports organizations running 5+ leagues. Reach out and we'll send a quote within 48 hours.
